Our sourdough breads are naturally leavened using a heritage sourdough starter that dates all the way back to 1847—a living piece of history carried along the Oregon Trail. Each loaf is handcrafted in Bangor, Pennsylvania, using traditional methods and simple, wholesome ingredients.
